These Terms of Service govern your use of the VERRE BEAUTY website and your purchases from us. By visiting the store or placing an order, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, Return and Refund Policy, and Shipping Policy.

1. Store and eligibility
VERRE BEAUTY operates this online store using Shopify. You must be legally capable of entering a binding contract in your jurisdiction to place an order. You may not use the store for unlawful or unauthorized purposes.

2. Products and information
We make reasonable efforts to display product descriptions, colors, images, prices, ingredients, specifications, and availability accurately. Screen displays and supplier-provided information can vary. We may correct errors, update information, limit quantities, or discontinue a product at any time. Product information is not medical advice. Review labels, instructions, warnings, and ingredients before use, and consult an appropriate professional when necessary.

3. Dropshipping and fulfillment
VERRE BEAUTY primarily uses third-party fulfillment partners, including CJdropshipping and Tradelle. Products may be stored, packed, and shipped by these partners from different warehouses or countries. An order containing multiple items may arrive in separate packages.

4. Orders
An order confirmation acknowledges receipt of your order but does not guarantee acceptance. We may decline or cancel an order because of suspected fraud, pricing or listing errors, unavailable inventory, delivery restrictions, supplier limitations, or other reasonable operational concerns. If we cancel an order after payment, we will refund the affected amount to the original payment method.

5. Prices, payments, taxes, and charges
Prices and available currencies are shown on the store and can change without notice. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate billing and payment information. Payments are processed by Shopify and enabled third-party payment providers, such as PayPal. Shipping, taxes, duties, import charges, currency-conversion costs, and other applicable fees are displayed or disclosed where reasonably available. Unless checkout states otherwise, the recipient is responsible for customs duties and import charges assessed by government authorities or carriers.

6. Shipping
Processing and delivery estimates are not guarantees. Carrier delays, customs, weather, demand, supplier processing, and other events outside our reasonable control may affect delivery. Please review our Shipping Policy for current details.

7. Returns, cancellations, and refunds
Returns, cancellations, replacements, and refunds are governed by our Return and Refund Policy. Do not send an item to the sender address shown on a parcel or to a fulfillment partner unless VERRE BEAUTY has provided written authorization and the correct return instructions.

8. Personal-care products
Cosmetics, skincare, haircare, fragrance, intimate-care, and other personal-care products must be used only as directed. Perform a patch test where appropriate and stop use if irritation occurs. Individual results vary. Opened or used personal-care products may be non-returnable for hygiene reasons except where mandatory law or our policy requires a remedy for damaged, defective, or incorrect goods.

9. Third-party services and links
The store may use or link to services operated by Shopify, payment processors, fulfillment partners, carriers, and other third parties. Their services are governed by their own terms and privacy practices. We are not responsible for third-party websites that we do not control.

10. Intellectual property
The VERRE BEAUTY name, logo, store design, text, graphics, and original content are owned by or licensed to us and may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, or exploited without permission, except as allowed by law.

11. Prohibited uses
You may not misuse the store, interfere with its security, introduce malicious code, scrape or collect personal information without authorization, impersonate another person, submit fraudulent orders, violate intellectual-property rights, or use the services in violation of applicable law.

12. Disclaimer and limitation
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the store and services are provided on an as-available basis. We do not exclude warranties, remedies, or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded. To the fullest extent permitted by law, VERRE BEAUTY will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential losses arising from use of the store or products. Nothing in these Terms limits liability where doing so would be unlawful.

13. Indemnification
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify VERRE BEAUTY and its service providers from third-party claims resulting from your unlawful misuse of the store or your material breach of these Terms.

14. Severability and waiver
If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in effect. A failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of that provision.

15. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the applicable laws of India, without limiting mandatory consumer protections that apply where a customer resides.

We may update these Terms by posting a revised version on this page. Changes apply from the stated update date or as otherwise required by law.
